What Happens if My Order Arrives Damaged?

We encourage you to carefully examine the packaging of your order at the time of delivery. If you notice any visible damage—even if it’s only to the box—please note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

If you are unable to inspect the contents during delivery but suspect damage, write “possible damage” on the delivery slip. Should your product arrive damaged, please email photos to support@structrasource.com. Once received, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, typically within one business day.
